Welcome to ListAIse. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains our data practices clearly and transparently.

2. Data Collection

We collect:

• Account details (email, name)
• Payment data (for subscriptions)
• User-generated content (lists, items)
• Device info, logs, app usage. Location only with explicit consent — see Section 3.

3. Location Data

ListAIse uses location data only to power the optional “Store Arrival Reminders” premium feature. Location access is off by default. You will see an in-app prominent disclosure before the operating system permission prompt, and you can revoke access at any time from your device settings or by disabling location reminders inside the app.

What we access

• Precise location (GPS): read on-device by the operating system’s geofencing service when you set a store-arrival reminder, including in the background so reminders fire while the app is closed.
• Approximate location (IP-based): may be inferred by Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for aggregate analytics and crash diagnostics.

How we use it

• Trigger store-arrival notifications for lists you opt in.
• Save store coordinates you choose to attach to a list.
• Aggregate, non-identifying analytics and crash reports.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your location data.
• We do not share precise GPS data with advertisers or any third party.
• We do not stream or upload your location to our servers while the app is closed.
• We do not use location for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Retention

• Precise GPS reads are processed on-device and discarded. Only the latitude/longitude/radius you assign to a reminder are persisted, in your account, until you delete the reminder or your account.
• Approximate IP-based location received by Firebase is handled per Google’s standard retention policies for those services.

Revoking consent

Disable a list’s location reminder inside ListAIse, or remove location permission from your device settings. Both immediately stop all precise-location processing.
